Text Box: ERB-AF Series Automatic Rotary Film to Blister or Tray Sealing Machines – These machines can be made in any rotary configuration and any standard or special sealing area.  Heat sealable films may be clear, colored or foil.  The system has the ability to accept un-printed, random printed or registered print films. Films are simultaneously sealed and trimmed.  The scrap is rewound.   Special finished package un-loaders insure that the integrity of the sealed film is maintained.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Text Box: HP Series Hydraulic Die Cutters – Starview will manufacture against customer order a hydraulic die cutters with a variety of trim areas and cutting pressures.  Starview’s hydraulic trim presses feature automatic shuttle in-feeds, adjustable cutting strokes and adjustable cutting pressures. Trim dies may be upper platen or carriage mounted depending on the application.  Uses include thermoformed sheets, skin packaged products and any other cutting application utilizing steel rule dies.

 

Text Box: AIS Series Automatic Blister Sealing Machines – These single station automatic shuttle blister sealing machines are produced for cellular manufacturing operations where automation is paramount and floor space is at a premium.  Blisters and cards are placed automatically from feeder magazines.  Special sensors detect the presence of products in all cavities.  Once the operator’s hands clear the light curtain the machine automatically completes one cycle and finished packages are discharged from the machine. Larger sealing areas and other optional features may be designed for this system.

 

 

 

Text Box: FAB-PP Series Automatic Rotary Punching Machines – The basis of this machine is a six-station rotary blister sealing machine adapted to have two punching stations utilizing matched metal dies.  This machine is used to punch hanger holes, pierce holes in produce trays, etc. The FAB-PP machines feed un-punched parts from magazines, make the punch and feed the parts back into finished part magazines.

 Text Box: Surlyn Wrap Machines – Shown is one of a number of totally custom machines we produced for Surlyn film cladding of automobile dashboards.  This was a self-contained unit used in actual production. This is one example of Custom Machines that Starview is capable of designing and manufacturing.
