Starview's ERB8-1822 and SB1-1012 Blister Sealing Machines

Shown above is the ERB8-1822 Eight Station Semi-automatic Rotary Blister Sealing Machine with the SB1-1012 entry level Shuttle Type Blister Sealing Machine.

The ERB8-1822 is one of the largest blister sealing machines currently being produced in North America. The eight generous 18" x 22" sealing stations allow large products to be packaged with multiple operators or use of the optional free standing card feeding and finished package unloading stations for increased productivity.

		Use of an extremely heavy-duty cam indexer coupled with an AC variable speed drive provide cycle speeds up to 20 cycles per minute with proper cards, blisters and operator ability to load products.
		Most machine functions are accessed from the touch screen operator interface. Timers, alarms and repair parts lists are included in the touch screen.
		Full perimeter table guards as well as sealing area swing guards are standard. Three E-stops are included for additional operator safety.

The SB1-1012 is our entry level machine. For just over $3,000.00 US the small manufacturer can produce approximately 100,000 packages per year.

		Simplicity of operation with professional quality packages produced.
		Front mounted controls for ease of operation including digital temperature controller and seal timer.
		Sealing station fully guarded and one E-stop included for maximum operator safety.

Starview's New Version 2 CD-ROM Product Presentation

With the very cold weather, rough treatment during transportation and possibly poor quality CDs we had a lot of CDs that arrived broken. We suggest you open the envelope and check the condition of the CD you received.

If it is broken please contact steve@starview.net. Just type "Broken CD" in the subject line. It is not necessary to send any message. A new CD from a different supplier packed in a CD mailer will be sent to you right away. Keep the current CD sleeve and the instruction sheet to reuse with the new CD.
