The ASP Series machines can be used for skin packaging a multitude of products, utilizing the most popular film and board. They are efficient for both low and high volume production, with only one operator required.

With minimum investment, along with unskilled labour, the ASP Series, in conjunction with Starview's Roller Pressure Die Cutters, can have comparable outputs to other, more complicated machines on the market.

The ASP Series machines come equipped with a PLC Control Panel with Touch-Screen Operator Interface which offers advantages to the end-user facilitating programming and operability. These machines also feature an electronic device which keeps oven at the desired temperature when machine is ON, but not running. This feature helps to speed up cycling.

Both infeed and outfeed speeds can be adjusted for ease of operability and can also be individually turned ON or OFF as required.

All functions for set-up purposes can be independently activated. The set-up of the machine is merely completed in a matter of minutes.

Heater: Quartz Tubulars (Silica)
