Manual Shuttle Blister Packaging Machines
Starview’s manual shuttles are ideal for entry level packaging requirements. Machines are offered in one and two-station designs with standard sealing areas from 10 x 12 up to 24 x 36 inches. These machines can produce all of the typical blister package styles including face seal, full face, double card trapped, Club style and half-clamshell.
MR Series
Manual Rotary Blister Packaging Machine
Starview’s two-station manual rotaries are typically utilized in single operator production and work cell environments. Standard sealing areas from 12 x 14 up to 18 x 24 inches are offered. MR Series machines can produce all of the typical blister package styles including face seal, full face, double card trapped, Club style and half-clamshell.
RB Series
Economical Rotary Blister Packaging Machines
Starview’s four and six-station economical semi-automatic rotaries are a logical next step up from a manual shuttle or rotary machine to achieve higher production outputs. Two standard sealing areas of 12 x 14 and 14 x 18 inches are offered. RB Series machines are best suited to producing standard face seal blister packages.
ERB Series
Semi-Automatic Rotary Blister Packaging Machines
Starview’s ERB Series rotaries are the machine of choice for small OEM’s, contract packagers and workshops. Four, six and eight station machines with standard sealing areas from 14 x 18 up to 18 x 24 inches are offered. Self-standing card feeders and finished package unloaders are offered as options. ERB Series machines can produce all of the typical blister package styles including face seal, full face, double card trapped, Club style and half-clamshell.
FAB4-1012 Series
Fully Automatic Rotary Blister Packaging Machines
Starview’s FAB4-1012 machines are ideal for small OEM’s and for work cells where the cost savings of automation is required. Machines are four-station with a sealing area of 10 x 12 inches. Blister feeding, card feeding and finished package unloading are included. These machines are available with right or left hand finished package unloading. FAB Series machines can produce all of the typical blister package styles including face seal, full face, double card trapped, Club style and half-clamshell.

Fully Automatic Carousel Blister Packaging Machines
Starview’s BSC Series machines are specified when multiple stations are required for product loading, customer automation, bar code verifiers, etc. These fully automated machines are available with ten through twenty-stations and standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 and 18 x 24 inches. Blister feeding, card feeding and finished package unloading are included. BSC Series machines can produce all of the typical blister package styles including face seal, full face, double card trapped, Club style and half-clamshell.
CBS Series
Fully Automatic Inline Blister Packaging Machines
Starview’s CBS Series machines are ideal for long, high-production quantity runs. These fully automated machines are available with thirty or more-stations and a standard sealing area of 14 x 28 inches. Blister feeding, card feeding and finished package unloading are included.
