PHS1 Series
Manual Impulse Clamshell Packaging Machines
Starview’s Shuttle machines are ideal for entry level bar sealing of plastic-to-plastic clamshell flanges. Machines are offered with standard sealing bar widths of 26 inches. An optional chiller increases the versatility of these machines. The PHS1 Series machines will seal clamshells formed using PVC, PETG, RPETG and GAG PET films.
PHS Series
Semi-Automatic Rotary Plastic-to-Plastic Clamshell & Blister Packaging Machines
Starview’s PHS Series machines feature a Patent Pending Hot/Cold process for sealing clamshell packages. Six and eight station machines with standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 and 18 x 24 inches are offered. An optional self-standing card feeder and finished package unloader are available. The PHS Series machines will seal clamshells formed using PVC, PETG, RPETG and GAG PET films as well as all of the typical blister package styles including face seal, full face, double card trapped, Club style and half-clamshell.

The PHSA Series machines will seal clamshells formed using PVC, PETG, RPETG and GAG PET films as well as all of the typical blister package styles including face seal, full face, double card trapped, Club style and half-clamshell.
BSC II Series
Fully Automatic Carousel Plastic-to-Plastic Clamshell & Blister Packaging Machines
Starview’s BSC II Series machines feature a Patent Pending Hot/Cold process for sealing clamshell packages. These fully automated machines are available with ten through twenty-stations and standard sealing areas of 14 x 18 and 18 x 24 inches. Clamshell front and back feeding, insert card feeding and finished package unloading are included. The BSC II Series machines will seal clamshells formed using PVC, PETG, RPETG and GAG PET films as well as all of the typical blister package styles including face seal, full face, double card trapped, Club style and half-clamshell.
