Manual Shuttle Film to Tray Food Packaging Machines
Starview’s MSTS & PSTS Series table top machines are budget priced for “fresh counter” packaging. Machines with 8” x 10” and 10” x 14” sealing areas are offered. A clear or random printed film is sealed to a preformed tray and trimmed.
MRTS Series
Manual Two-Station Rotary Film to Tray Food Packaging Machines
Starview’s MRTS Series machines offer higher productivity and lower costs than typical shuttle machines for “fresh counter” packaging. A sealing area of 14” x 18” is standard. Models to produce Modified Atmosphere Protection (MAP) packages are offered. A clear or random printed film is sealed to a preformed tray and profile trimmed.
AITS Series
Automatic Inline Film to Tray Food Packaging Machines
Starview’s AITS Series machines are continuous production conveyor machines for “fresh counter” packaging. Sealing areas of 12” x 16” and 12” x 20” are standard. Models to produce Modified Atmosphere Protection (MAP) packages are offered. Clear, random printed or registered film is sealed to a preformed tray and profile trimmed.
RBF & RBFA Series
Semi and Fully Automatic Board to Tray Food Packaging Machines
Starview’s RBF and RBFA Series machines are designed to heat seal paperboard lids to plastic and paperboard trays. These six-station rotary machines have a standard 15” x 20” sealing area. The RBFA automatic version includes a lid feeder and finished package unloader.
VCT & VCF Series
Enclosed Vacuum Chamber Food Packaging Machines
Starview’s VGT and VGF Series machines are available in standard chamber sizes of 11” x 15” x 4.5” deep, 20” x 20” x 7”deep and 24” x 24” x 8” deep. An impulse sealing bar and gas inlet for MAP are standard. These models accept all types of heat sealable bags.
